More Change For Western Mass Delegation

Another western Mass lawmaker is retiring from office.

This time Tom Petrolati, the Ludlow Democrat says that he is retiring at the end of the session.

The veteran lawmaker says that he got into politics a long time ago to make a difference and believes that he will leave the legislature having done that.

Petrolati made the announcement to his hometown newspaper The Ludlow Register.

Petrolati becomes the 9th state rep to announce he was not seeking office.

He is the third from the Western Mass Delegation.

Aaron Vega and Jose Tosado announced they would not seek re-election.
