Federal Jury Trials Have Been Put On Hold

All federal jury trials in Massachusetts are postponed until at least the end of April because of concerns over coronavirus.

The U.S. District Court chief judge says the order impacts trials at federal courts in Boston, Worcester and  Springfield.

Any deadlines associated with criminal trials scheduled to start before April 27th are also on hold.

The restrictions will be in effect until it has been deemed safe to remove them.
