Springfield Sets Program For Feeding Students

The Springfield School Department is setting up a protocol to keep school students healthy while they are away. There have been calls for such a system by various leaders. Project Bread officials say there are more than 300 thousand school students in this state that are food insecure. Between 11AM and 1PM will be provided in Grab and Go bags for students that are 18 and younger. Those meals are available at the following schools:

Commerce

Dorman

Glickman

Indian Orchard

Kensington

Liberty

Lincoln

Rebecca Johnson

Talmage

Warner
