Springfield Police continue to investigate an early morning accident on Springfield Street.
Fire Department officials say a car slammed into a tree at 232 Springfield Street right around 5 this morning.
There are few details being released.
Fire officials say that there were four people involved in the crash.
Three people were transported to hospitals.
