Chicopee Police are still investigating what they say was an illegal bar operation.
The Governor has shut down bar operations because of social distancing guidelines.
Chicopee Police say they made the discovery at The Dugout Cafe and Pizza on Meadow Street in Chicopee Friday night.
Chicopee Police Spokesman Mike Wilk says undercover officers went into the facility and discovered several people who were eating and drinking.
Some were wearing masks.
Some were not.
City officials say a cease and desist order.
The spokesman says that the investigation is continuing.
