Governor Charlie Baker is proposing a four phase approach to reopening Massachusetts.
Phase one will involve the lifting of the stay at home order with serious restrictions designed to prevent a new spike in coronavirus cases.
These include restrictions on gathering sizes, mandatory safety standards in workplaces and sector specific safety protocols.
The reopening can be reversed at any time if public health metrics get worse.
