The Springfield Police Department has made a second arrest in a homicide from the end of March.
Authorities arrested Davey Pagan on Thursday.
The Springfield PD says Pagan and a 17-year-old who is also charged with murder both shot into a car on Whiting Street which contained Anthony Diaz, who was killed.
No word from the arraignment session yet.
