A Pioneer Valley golf course is upset about not being able to offer its driving range to customers.
Fenway Golf in East Longmeadow said it was hit with a cease-and-desist order and a three-hundred-dollar fine by the town on Friday.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is allowing golf courses to be open right now, but coronavirus-related restrictions are keeping the driving ranges closed, however:
Fenway insisted the driving stations were made safe.
The golf course said in a Facebook post that the town should be more supportive of small businesses instead of, quote, "handing out fines like they are God".
