Retailers Report Slow Start To Reopening

Many retailers are reporting slow sales after being allowed to reopen for curbside pick up.

While hair salons and barber shops were very busy, customers have been slow to begin buying items with curbside pick up.

Governor Charlie Baker ordered all non-essential businesses in the state to close in March because of coronavirus.

Supermarkets, gas stations and home improvement stores were among the many businesses that have been allowed to remain open throughout the crisis.

Some gym owners are miffed that they have not been allowed to open and in Massachusetts it won't be until Phase 3.

In Connecticut they will be allowed to reopen on June 20th.
