COVID Numbers Headed In Right Directions In Mass and Connecticut

This is the day that we hear from Governor Baker on the planned Second Phase reopening of the state. He is expected to explain the possible reopening of restaurants to allow for outdoor dining.

The latest COVID 19 numbers look to be headed in the right direction. Massachusetts reporting 35 new fatalities. 7,235 overall and almost 103 thousand cases. 6.297 cases overall in Hamden County. 18 hundred cases reported in the rest of Western Mass.

In Connecticut officials there have moved up the reopening of Connecticut’s second phase from June 20th to the 17th when gyms and indoor dining may be offered. 4 thousand and 38 fatalities reported there.
