Judge Rules On Evidence In Zhukovskyy Case

A New Hampshire judge has ruled on evidence that is -- and is not -- admissible in West Springfield truck driver Volodymyr Zhukovskyy's upcoming trial for a crash that killed seven people on motorcycles last year.

Prosecutors can use evidence that Zhukovskyy was allegedly observed by witnesses to be driving erratically right before the crash, and that he drug-overdosed in Agawam and had to be revived with Narcan one month prior.

Zhukovskyy also reportedly admitted drug use in a semi-tractor trailer rollover in Texas 18 days before the New Hampshire crash, but that evidence is not being allowed.

The trial is expected to begin in November
