Governor Lamont Ponders Time Out For Bars Third Phase Open

The spike in coronavirus cases across the country has Governor Ned Lamont considering a delay in reopening bars.

Lamont had been planning to allow bars to reopen with conditions in mid July as part of phase three of restarting the economy.

However, the governor says he wants to make sure the state doesn't jump the gun and cause another coronavirus spike.

Lamont is also reconsidering whether to allow restaurants to increase indoor seating capacity.
