Governor Signs "Mail In Voting" Law

Governor Charlie Baker has signed a bill into law that allows all registered voters in Massachusetts to cast ballots by mail this year.

The new law lets all registered voters to vote by mail without having to provide a reason.

The measure was passed in order to make sure people were able to vote without having to gather at a polling place during the coronavirus pandemic.

All voters will receive an application to request a mail in ballot for the primary September first and the general election November third.
