Stop And Shop Ends Pandemic Pay For Workers

Stop and Shop employees are asking to keep the higher wages they were given as compensation for working during the coronavirus emergency.

The extra pay for unionized hourly workers ended on Saturday, but workers say they remain at risk.

Senator Ed Markey appeared at a Stop and Shop in Boston on Monday to demand that the grocery store company continue paying the "hazard" wages.
