Massachusetts Lawmakers Consider Mandatory Mask

There's a bill in the Legislature to make wearing a mask in public settings mandatory.

Violators would be fined.

It would also require two-week quarantines for people entering Massachusetts from state's where COVID-19 cases are spiking.

Supporters of the bill say the intent is to implement preventive steps to avoid a second surge in the Commonwealth.
