-Federal prosecutors are seeking more time in the Boston Marathon bomber case.
They want until mid-September to decide if they will file a petition to ask the full court to hear their case against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
His death sentence was thrown out over jury selection concerns.
Currently, prosecutors have to file that petition by Friday.
