Area Police have said little on two separate acts of violence which has led to one death and one person arrested in one of the cases.
Springfield Police say a man is dead after a shooting on Central Street.
It happened in the 400 block of Central Street right near the One-Stop Plaza.
That happened Friday night right before 9. One person is dead which police originally said started as a fight between three people.
We are expecting more details later today.
And, in Chicopee, police have said nothing about an incident on Chestnut and School Street over the weekend.
Police are promising details on that incident later today as well.
