A second person is charged in the shooting death of 43-year-old Jose Bonilla in Holyoke on the night of July 13th.
Twenty-nine-year-old Victor Velez Figueroa was arrested by State Police on a murder charge and he's being held on one-million-dollars cash bail.
In early August, 29-year-old Angel Rivera of Chicopee was arrested for his alleged involvement in the deadly shooting.
The Hampden district attorney's office says the investigation continues.
