Springfield Police are releasing redacted video of the three defacements of the Black Lives Matter Mural in front of City Hall.
In a Septemer 14th video, a pick up truck is seen burning rubber on the mural at 10:30pm.
A second separate incident involves a car at 10:30 in the morning that burned rubber as well. That was on September 20th.
And a third incident on September 20th at just before 10 shows a third similar incident.
A criminal complaint for the September 14th incident has already been issued. The other incidents are still under investigation.
