A judge has rejected a request for a bail hearing by a West Springfield man accused of killing seven motorcyclists in New Hampshire.
Volodymyr Zhukovskyy is jailed without bail on seven counts each of manslaughter and negligent homicide, along with other offenses.
Prosecutors say Zhukovskyy was under the influence of drugs when the truck and trailer he was operating crashed into the oncoming motorcycles.
Prosecutors say Zhukovskyy is a flight risk and would go to his native Ukraine if released on bail.
