CT Prosecutors Won't Retry Kennedy Cousin

Prosecutors in Connecticut say there will be no retrial for Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel in the 1975 murder of Martha Moxley.

Skakel was convicted of killing the teen in 2002, but a judge later overturned the verdict on appeal.

State's Attorney Richard Colangelo Jr. announced the decision to drop the case at a hearing today in Stamford Superior Court.

The Moxley family said they are at peace with the decision.
