The Massachusetts Court system is delaying jury trials again.
The date has been pushed to November 30th at the absolute earliest.
State Supreme Court officials had hoped to restart jury trials as of Monday.
Even when the trials are allowed to start-- there is no guarantee that the trial will be in a local courtroom.
According to the latest ---three to five courthouses are able to accommodate safe trials.
There would be one trial per week in each courthouse.
