The man arrested in connection with a double homicide in Manchester, Connecticut is expected in a courtroom today.
State Police say 21-year-old Gregory Crichlow of Springfield, Massachusetts is responsible for the August shooting deaths of 20-year-old Jennifer Hicks and 24-year-old Gregory Scott.
Scott was from Springfield. Hicks from Chicopee.
Crichlow was taken into custody over the weekend. He's now been charged with two counts of murder.
Police have worked under the theory that the shootings arose from a gang dispute.
