Frustration Mounts Over Sign Up Program For Vaccine

Elderly residents across Massachusetts are having difficulty getting signed up for the coronavirus vaccine.

Many people over the age of 75 have reported having trouble using the state web site to sign up to get vaccinated.

People over the age of 75 become eligible to receive the vaccine on Monday.

Governor Charlie Baker says the state is adding resources to help seniors to book appointments.

The Governor also says there will not be any long term change until after the federal government comes up with additional vaccines.

Some Springfield City Councilors say their phones have been ringing off the hook from those frustrated with the system.
