Marathon Bomber's Death Sentence Gets Hearing Before US Supreme Court

The U.S. Supreme Court will consider reinstating the death sentence of convicted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

It's expected the case will be heard this fall. Tsarnaev's death sentence was overturned last year when an appeals court ruled that the trial judge failed to impanel an impartial jury.

Legal experts tell us that the appeal is based on whether the Trial Judge adequately vetted the jury rather than the guilt or innocence of the defendant.
