Springfield has a second retail marijuana dispensary. INSA, which already sold medical marijuana in Springfield and also has a business in Easthampton, opened its new downtown store on Saturday.
The opening came two years after INSA sued the Springfield City Council over a permit denial.
Officials say the site was most desireable for them since it is in downtown Springfield and sits right off the highway.
The old Sullivan Information and Tourism Center was the original occupent of the facility.
