Another new business in Springfield where White Lion has now officially opened a Brewery and Taproom. It's located at Tower Square where officials say they were planning to open some time ago but the pandemic got in the way of the project. Ray Berry is the president of White Lion who says it all started with a dream and a vision and became a reality. Among the dignitaries was Springfield Mayor Dom Sarno.

The onset of the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic delayed this dream for over a year but here we are, ready to ‘Hear the Roar’! Again, congratulations to Ray Berry and everyone at White Lion. We are all looking forward to their grand opening and I know this is going to be a great summer with lots of positive energy. I’ll take the White Lion Cream Ale to go!”
The facility sits directly across the main offices of the Springfield School Department.
