A housing initiative for the Court Square Building on Elm Street in Springfield is moving forward.
Mayor Domenic Sarno announced today it will be renovated into retail space and six floors of over 50 market-rate apartments.
MGM Springfield is a partner in the more than 51-million-dollar project.
Sarno says it continues his administration's public-private partnerships for economic development.
