A 46 year old Worcester man and a 34 year old Springfield woman arrested, accused of stealing a car.
Police were able to track down the vehicle from its GPS system.
Herbert Smith charged with receiving stolen property and threatening to commit a crime, murder.
Police say Herbert Smith from combative and made threats against police. Both Smith and Rachel Keating are expected in court later today.
