State and Local officials arresting a 23-year-old Holyoke man and charging him with armed assault to commit murder in connection with an alleged vicious attack on a motorist at The X in Springfield last month.
Juan Rodriguez Manier arraigned on the charges yesterday.
The victim, 38-year-old Sean Sullivan still in the hospital--listed in critical condition following the attack.
Springfield Mayor Dom Sarno says he is thankful for the arrest from police but now it is up to the courts to do its job.
Arraignment is expected at any time.
