More decisions on masks being made in Western Mass. The town of Granby has issued a face-covering order for indoor public places, joining Amherst, Longmeadow and Northampton. A mask mandate has been rejected by the Agawam School Committee, while the Chicopee and Easthampton School Committees have passed the requirement.
And, MGM Resorts is mandating COVID-19 vaccinations for its employees. That means workers at MGM Springfield will have to get the shot. Employees were notified on Monday. Salary employees have until October 15th to get fully vaccinated.
