There is a new national survey from Wallet Hub that is just out. It has four New England communities listed in the top ten of safest in the nation.
According to the survey Warwick is the seventh safest in the nation. The survey looked at health, risk of natural disaster- financial health and other issues in formulating the list.
- Columbia, Maryland
- South Burlington, Vermont
- Nashua, New Hampshire
- Yonkers, New York
- Madison, Wisconsin
- Portland, Maine
- Warwick, Rhode Island
- Raleigh, North Carolina
- Burlington, Vermont
- Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Worcester, Mass came in number 18. Providence was number 39. Boston 54.
