Ronn Johnson has died after a battle with Covid19. He was 63.
For many years he was at Mass Mutual and left to take over the Martin Luther King Jr Family Services.
Johnson would always say one of his top goals was to insure that all people had equal opportunity to succeed and prosper.
In a message to the community observing Martin Luther King Jr's 93rd birthday, Johnson wrote:
"Here at the Martin Luther King Jr Family Services, we strive everyday to help our community to become the “beloved community” that Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr often referred to in many of his speeches. We strive everyday to foster an environment where we nurture and empower the aspirations of individuals, families, and youth to achieve new realities of peace, social and economic justice, self-determination, self-actualization, and self-sufficiency."
Johnson died Saturday on Dr King's Birthday.
He died from Covid complications although he was fully vaccinated.
Funeral services have not been released yet.
