Negotiations are continuing over Springfield's downtown courthouse.
Lawyers are suing the Massachusetts Trial Court to close the Roderick Ireland complex until toxic mold and other health issues are fully addressed.
A judge last week granted a motion to delay the start of the trial until today while negotiations at a settlement were started.
Now the judge has allowed a second continuance in order for those negotiations to continue.
Right now, the trial is to begin on Thursday.
