Chicago Shooting Suit Aimed At Springfield's Smith And Wesson

.

Another lawsuit against the gun industry hits a Massachusetts company.

The survivors of the Chicago area Independence Day Parade- where dozens of victims were either killed or injured are suing Smith and Wesson.

They claim the Springfield company is illegally targeting ads toward young men, many of whom are at risk.

The survivors suits come in the aftermath of a 73 million dollar settlement that the survivors of Sandy Hook reached with the gun industry.

Smith and Wesson officials are not commenting on the suit.

They rarely, if ever comment on such actions.

Prosecutors charged Robert Crimo, the third has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Prosecutors say it was a Smith and Wesson M and P 15 semiautomatic that was used at the parade.
