The Brooklyn Nets are naming Jacque Vaughn as their head coach.
The team recently parted ways with head coach Steve Nash after a slow start to the season.
The Nets have been in the middle of controversy recently after star point guard Kyrie Irving made a post about a film that contained anti-semitic messages.
Brooklyn was expected to hire Boston's Ime Udoka as their next head coach, but opted to move forward with Vaughn instead.
Udoka has not commented.
