The Heat collected their second win in a row after topping the Boston Celtics 98-95 in Miami.
Bam Adebayo led the Heat in scoring with 30 points and also collected a team-high 15 rebounds for a double-double.
Haywood Highsmith also recorded a double-double after scoring 15 points and grabbing 10 boards off the bench.
Miami is now sixth in the Eastern Conference at 27-and-22.
Jayson Tatum led all scorers with 31 points and also had 14 rebounds for a double-double.
The Celtics have now dropped back-to-back games to fall to 35-and-14, but are still leading the conference.
The Celtics host the Knicks tomorrow night.
