Governor Maura Healey has issued an executive order designed to further protect a woman's right to get an abortion in Massachusetts.
The order clarifies that medical abortion is covered by a state law passed last year that seeks to shield providers from out of state prosecutions.
Healey also says the state is receiving 15 thousand doses of the abortion medication mifepristone.
She says that's around two years' supply of the drug, which will help the state ride out the legal challenge to the drug.
As for the US Supreme Court getting the case - the governor says that based on the current make-up of the court, she "isn't very confident about what may or may not happen there."
The Biden Administration has already signaled that it is appealing the decision.
