In Chicopee, the oning Board of Appeals has delayed a decision on a Tesla Dealership for Burnett Road.
Residents telling the board-- the brakes should be applied to the project because the traffic there is too much as it is.
But proponents say tht the project has been scaled back both in number of parking spaces needed as well as bays that will be available to work in.
They also point to the 35 news jobs that would be created and the tax revenues created for the city.
Board Members got a traffic study this week that they are still looking at --so there were no votes on the project taken last night.
