The Massachusetts Air National Guard member accused of leaking military documents had been warned about viewing classified information.
A court filing in the case of Jack Teixeira indicates that he had been warned three times before his arrest last month to stop viewing classified information not related to his duties.
The filing was made by prosecutors as they seek to have Teixeira remain in custody without bail.
A judge is expected to rule on the bail issue tomorrow in Worcester federal court.
