Two scathing new federal reports accuse outgoing state U.S. Attorney Rachael Rollins of multiple ethical breaches and misuse of her office.
The most damning item indicates that Rollins leaked confidential information from her office to the media to help the opponent of Suffolk DA Kevin Hayden in the 2022 election.
She's also accused of lying about the leaks under oath, and of violating the Hatch Act by attending a Democratic fund raiser with First Lady Jill Biden.
The report also says Rollins improperly solicited 30 Celtics tickets for youth basketball players, and kept two for herself.
Rollins is expected to resign tomorrow.
