The Berkshire District Attorney is not pursuing charges against a homeowner who fought off an intruder who later died.
The suspect, Mark Bednarz of Savoy, died shortly after the February 9th incident in Adams.
An autopsy found that Bednarz's death was caused by acute fentanyl intoxication.
