East Longmeadow Police continue to search for a purse snatching suspect from last week.
Police are looking for 27-year-old Nathaniel Afonso.
He is accused of approaching an elderly woman -at the Big Y and asked to use her cellphone.
He then took the woman’s purse and fled in a blue Volvo.
There are warrants for his arrest in several communities.
