Courts To Decide Squable Between Auditor And Legislature

State Auditor Diana DiZoglio is planning to sue the state legislature.

DiZoglio says Democratic leaders of the House and Senate have repeatedly stonewalled her efforts to audit their chambers.

In announcing the audit in March, DiZoglio called the legislature a closed door operation where decisions are often made in the shadows.

She says requests for the legislature to work alongside her office on the audit have been dismissed, ignored at times and ultimately rejected.
