In Pawtucket, firefighters were at a Central Avenue call but before actually responding to the call they had to dodge the guy who allegedly threw those orange traffic cones at them.
And no one right now has a clue as to why.
Police arrested the man and there were no other issues.
The 38-year-old man not being identified but is being charged with disorderly conduct.
