A man was shot and killed by a Massachusetts State Police trooper in Berkshire County this weekend.
Police were called to a domestic incident at a home on Richmond Road in Hancock near the New York state line Saturday morning.
A man who was armed with a knife was shot and killed after he allegedly refused to back down.
An investigation into the incident is now underway by the Berkshire District Attorney's Office.
