Innocent Mom On Bus Shot- Lost Baby Because Of Stray Bullet

- A pregnant woman's baby was lost in a shooting that happened in Holyoke on Wednesday.

The woman, who is in critical hospital condition, was reportedly riding a bus downtown when she was hit by stray bullets at the intersection of Maple and Sargeant streets at around noon.

Three suspects who had apparently been involved in an altercation were arrested, according to the Hampden District Attorney.

Their names were not immediately made public.

Holyoke Mayor Joshua Garcia said he is outraged by the senseless act of violence, and said he plans to use all resources available to, quote, "push this nonsense out of our city."
