Gas Station Shooting Suspect Still At Large

A shooting at a Springfield gas station Saturday night has left a teenager wounded.

Police say the incident at a Citgo station on Locust Street began when the 16-year-old victim entered someone's unattended vehicle.

The owner reportedly shot him and drove off.

The teenager was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made.

The shooting has led some to ask what a man with a gun was doing at a gas station, while others have asked where the teen's parents were.
