Bruins forward Milan Lucic will be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court today.
Lucic is being charged with assault and battery on a family member after an altercation last week.
According to the police report, when an officer made contact with Lucic, he appeared intoxicated when he answered the door, telling officers that "nothing had happened."
The B's are currently leading the Atlantic Division with 28 points at 13-1-and-2 and will visit the Tampa Bay Lightning tonight.
