Curry scored 20 points in the fourth quarter and OT to complete the comeback.
The nine-time All-Star finished the game with 33 points, while Klay Thompson chipped in 24 as the Splash Bros combined for a dozen three-pointers.
The Warriors have won three in-a-row to improve to 13-and-14.
Derrick White paced Boston with 30 points, while Jaylen Brown totaled 28.
The Celtics had a five-game win streak snapped and fell to 20-and-6.
